Music Together®/Rhythm Kids® specific: No refunds after the first day of class. Refunds are paid by check only, and are subject to a $10 administrative fee, if the customer withdraws before the first day of class. This fee is waived if the director cancels the class. All families new to the Monthly Membership Program must pay a one-time, non-refundable $45 administrative fee. There must be a payment method on file for automatic billing on the first of each month. Customer must keep payment information up to date. There is a $10 fee for declined payments. 30 days notice in writing after a three-month minimum period is required for membership cancellations. Customer cannot receive materials (songbook & CD/access code) until first month's tuition is paid. Discounts are given at director's discretion, but in accordance with any statements made in print or online. Pro-rated tuition rate for mid-month registration is determined at director's discretion. No materials are available when only three classes remain in the song collection upon enrollment or only three classes will be taken in a collection before a pause/cancellation. Materials cannot be waived for a discounted tuition; all paid families receive materials even if they have a set from a previous enrollment. Make-up classes may be taken in advance; they may not be taken while a membership is paused. Classroom policies are available at the Enrolled Family Portal, and director reserves the right to enforce these policies.
Photo policy: Teacher may take photos during class and use those photos for marketing of Peek-a-Boo Family Music only. Customers can opt out of photo use by contacting director, or checking the box during online registration.
Health & Safety waiver: Families attending in-person classes or lessons must adhere to health & safety guidelines. Attendance of class or lesson implies assertion that no one attending is actively contagious with any communicable disease. When you accept these Terms, you are agreeing to adhere to the guidelines, and you release Peek-a-Boo Family Music and Music Together® Worldwide from liability for unintentional exposure or harm due to Covid-19, RSV, cold, flu or other illness. Additionally, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and release Peek-a-Boo Family Music and Music Together Worldwide from liability for accidental injury incurred in the regular course of attendance in class or lessons. There are no refunds given if the class or lesson is moved to Zoom at any time due to safety concerns.
